How to cancel Peloton App One or App+ membership
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Peloton’s membership fee-change article lists App+ at $28.99/month or $289.99/year, and iOS App One billed through Apple at $15.99/month or $159.99/year; other App One rates appear on Peloton’s membership pages (Peloton Membership Fee Changes). To cancel a first-party App Membership, open My Membership, click Cancel membership, choose a reason, and confirm (Peloton Support: Manage Your App Membership).
If you bought through Apple, Google/Android, Amazon or Roku, cancel on that platform—Peloton Support says billing changes must go through the original purchase platform.
App Membership is not All-Access. Cancel the product that appears on your statement. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.

How to cancel Peloton App membership
If Peloton bills you (first-party / web)
- Open your My Membership page and sign in.
- Click Cancel membership under the App Membership you want to end.
- Choose a reason from the dropdown, then confirm the cancellation.
If Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku bills you
- Cancel in that platform’s subscription settings (same Apple ID / Google account / store that was charged).
- Peloton Support lists third-party platforms as iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Amazon and Roku.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- My Membership or the store shows the App Membership will not renew.
- You can use the membership until the end of the paid period (Peloton Membership Terms).
- No new App Membership charge posts after that date.

Common problems
- Cancelled All-Access by mistake (or vice versa). Hardware All-Access and App Membership are separate (Peloton fee changes / membership pages).
- Tried to cancel a third-party plan on Peloton’s site. Use Apple/Google/Amazon/Roku instead (Identifying and Canceling).
- Expected a prorated refund. Membership Terms: you keep access to period end; prorated refunds are limited (e.g. certain NY/Canadian rules).
What we checked
Verified on official Peloton pages (October 18, 2026): first-party Cancel membership steps on Manage Your App Membership (headless chrome); first-party vs third-party platforms (iOS, AppleTV, Android, AndroidTV, Amazon, Roku) on Identifying and Canceling; App+ $28.99/$289.99 and iOS App One $15.99/$159.99 on Membership Fee Changes; period-end access / no general prorated refund on Membership Terms.
Left out: a public Peloton-billed App One dollar figure (fee-change article quotes Apple’s iOS App One rate and App+; membership marketing page did not expose stable list dollars to our fetcher).
Trial tip
Peloton’s membership page: new App customers can trial App One or App+; cancel during the trial to opt out before monthly billing starts (membership).
All-Access vs App
All-Access is for Peloton hardware owners. App One/App+ are for app-only access. Cancel the one that matches your equipment and statement.
Frequently asked questions
Does cancelling end workouts today?
Peloton Membership Terms: you may use the membership until the end of the then-current period; it does not renew after that.
I bought in the iPhone app. Where do I cancel?
In Apple Subscriptions. Peloton Support treats iOS as a third-party purchase platform.
Is App+ the same as All-Access?
No. App+ is an App Membership tier. All-Access is the hardware membership (listed separately at $49.99/month in the fee-change article).
