In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Eight Sleep's Autopilot plans are commonly Standard ~$199/year, Enhanced ~$299/year, and Elite ~$399/year (~$17/$25/$33 per month equivalents) - Confirm Autopilot. Cancel in the Eight Sleep app → Settings → Profile → Manage Autopilot plan → Cancel plan (Eight Sleep Help: cancel Autopilot).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; prorated refunds are generally not offered. Pod hardware is separate from Autopilot. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.

How to cancel Eight Sleep
In the Eight Sleep app
- Open the Eight Sleep app.
- Go to Settings → Profile → Manage Autopilot plan.
- Select Cancel plan and confirm.
- Note the access end date.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Eight Sleep.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Eight Sleep.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Autopilot shows ending / not renewing.
- No new Autopilot charge posts after that date.
