In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Arlo’s Secure lineup was refreshed (September 2026) with tiers such as Smart Aware from about $9.99/month (single camera) / $19.99/month (unlimited cameras), plus higher Smart Secure and Ultra Secure annual options - Confirm live dollars on Arlo Secure / in-app Plans. Cancel in the Arlo app → Plans → Modify Plan → Cancel Plan, or in Apple/Google if the store bills you (Arlo KB: change or cancel).
Access continues through the paid period. Download cloud recordings before the plan ends - Arlo states cloud media can be removed shortly after. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.

How to cancel Arlo
On Arlo
- Open the Arlo Secure app.
- Tap your location → Plans.
- Choose Modify Plan → Cancel Plan and confirm.
- Save any cloud clips you need first.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Arlo Secure.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Arlo Secure.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plans shows Arlo ending / not renewing.
- No new Arlo Secure charge posts after the end date.
