In the US (as of 2026-10-18), USA TODAY offers Essential Digital promos from about $1 for a year (new customers) and Daily Plus ~$9.99/mo (print M–F + digital) — Confirm offers. Cancel by calling 1-800-872-0001; residents in CA/GA/ME/NY/OR/VT/VA can also cancel online via Account Management (Help Center).

Payments are generally non-refundable for unused time. App IAP cancel in Apple/Google.

How to cancel USA TODAY

Call Customer Service

  1. Call 1-800-872-0001.
  2. Request cancel of your USA TODAY subscription.
  3. Ask for confirmation.

Online (eligible states)

  1. Sign in and open Account Management.
  2. Cancel subscription if the online option is shown.

If Apple bills you

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap USA TODAY.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.

If Google Play bills you

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select USA TODAY.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.

How to confirm it worked

You're done when:
