How to cancel Public Reserve / close account
Cancel Reserve
- Open Public app or web.
- Contact support / chat to cancel Reserve (or follow in-app cancel if shown).
- Confirm the end date of the paid term.
Close brokerage (optional)
- Sell or ACATS transfer positions; withdraw cash.
- Request account closure per Help.
- Keep statements and tax forms.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Reserve shows canceled and/or brokerage shows closed.
- No new Public Reserve charge posts after that.
