Deleting the app does not cancel membership.

How to cancel IdentityForce
Web membership
- Sign in on identityforce.com.
- Open Account / Membership / Billing.
- Cancel and confirm the end date.
- Save confirmation.
If support path required
- Contact support from the site; request cancellation and written confirmation.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap IdentityForce.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
